1 Please upload the requested documents below:

1. An original check, marked as "Void", with your name, financial institution, checking account number, and routing number.
2. A copy of your current, unexpired driver's license.
3. A list from MLS evidencing your closed purchase transactions during the past 12 months.
4. A copy of the executed purchase agreement including all signed addendums.

2 Check your email for your commission advance agreement.

Once we have completed our review, we will email the commission advance agreement to you and the Broker Authorization to your Broker. These are electronic agreements and can be signed online in minutes.
